REFUND POLICY

RETURNS

We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchases on this Site. Domestic orders can be returned for free within 15 days of the order being received. All returned items must be in new unworn condition with tags still attached. Returned items received in any other condition will incur a 15% restocking fee unless otherwise agreed upon. We are unable to accept returns after 15 days of delivery. You can contact beantownworldchamps@gmail.com to initiate your return.

Returns are processed within 3 to 5 business days of arriving at our facility. A full refund will be issued in the original payment method upon the arrival and inspection of your return. Please allow 5 to 10 business days following processing for the refund to appear on your bank statement.

If Beantown World Champs determines that any products are not in the original condition, a refund or exchange will not be granted and the items will be returned to you.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges can be made for a different size or color of the original style ordered, depending on product availability. If you would like to exchange your item for a different style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the preferred style. Up to one exchange shipment will be paid by Beantown World Champs.

INTERNATIONAL

Please note, we are unable to provide exchanges for international orders. For international exchanges, we ask that you initiate a return and place a replacement order. You can contact beantownworldchamps@gmail.com to initiate your return.
